Yes, every apartment is beach facing and has a view of the bay.
Is the property beachfront?
Yes, we are located directly opposite Ti Beach, a tranquil and safe swimming spot.
Does my apartment have a spa pool (hot tub)?
Only select apartments have a spa pool. This amenity will be listed under the specific apartment features. If you are unsure, please get in touch. Note: our apartments with spa pools are very popular so make sure you book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Does my apartment have a spa bath (jacuzzi)?

Yes, free unlimited Wi-Fi is provided in all apartments.
Are there laundry facilities?
1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments have full kitchens and in-unit washing machines. There are free-to-use communal dryers located on site.
Studio apartment has a kitchenette and access to laundry services upon request.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available - strictly one car space per apartment.
How close is the property to Paihia town centre?
We are about a 10-minute walk to shops, restaurants, and attractions in Paihia.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please contact us +64 9 402 0011 if you are arriving after 8pm. Late check-out requests subject to availability.
Are pets allowed?
No pets allowed - only certified Disability Assist Dogs with required permits are allowed.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the apartments.
What is your deposit policy?
We require a $50 pre-authorisation security deposit on a valid credit card upon check-in.
What can guests do nearby?
Guests can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and beach walks straight across the road at Ti Beach. We are close to the Waitangi Treaty Grounds, Haruru Falls walking track and Waitangi Mountain Bike Park. All boat tours are just a 10-minute walk away departing from Paihia town centre. You can also catch a ferry to Russell or Urupukapuka Island from Paihia’s wharf.
